SHIPPING POLICY
Customers should allow 3-10 days for delivery within the United States. While all orders undergo a quality check prior to shipping and we do our best to process all orders in a prompt and efficient manner, circumstances beyond our control do not allow us to guarantee delivery by a certain date.
Customers outside the U.S. will be contacted prior to shipping to discuss shipping options, applicable taxes, duties, fees, etc.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES
All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. We don’t ship to PO Boxes and therefore require a physical street address for delivery. While standard rates are shown during checkout, additional charges may apply as the result of weight or oversized packaging. If shipping rates exceed the standard minimum, charges will not be incurred until final cost has been approved by customer.
All orders outside the U.S. will be shipped as agreed to by customer.
TRACKING SHIPMENTS
Orders shipped via UPS Ground will include an email notification containing the shipment date and UPS tracking number. This number can be used to track the shipment via the UPS website at www.ups.com.
REPLACEMENT AND REFUNDS
All sales are considered final unless an incorrect or defective item is received or the item is received damaged. In the case or an incorrect or defective shipment, customer must contact NewJoy Quilting Products, Inc. at 623-931-2612 or help@newjoyquilting.com within ten (10) days of receipt for the item to be replaced. NewJoy will reship the item with a return UPS shipping label for return of the incorrect or defective item. All returned items must be received in their original packaging with all accessories and any other enclosures and in new condition.
If order arrives in a damaged condition, customer should refuse the shipment and immediately contact NewJoy at the telephone number or email address above. If customer takes delivery and then subsequently discovers package contents are damaged, they should inform NewJoy within five (5) days of shipment receipt at the above telephone number or email address that the shipment was received damaged. NewJoy, after notification by customer, will coordinate return of the damaged shipment and reship as quickly as possible.
PRIVACY POLICY
NewJoy Quilting Products, Inc. does not share or sell customer information. All information provided is used only for order processing.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
NewJoy accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Product will not ship until credit card authorization has been confirmed.
SALES TAX
NewJoy doesn’t fill orders shipping within the state of Arizona. All Arizona residents must place their order with a NewJoy dealer. Click here for an index of NewJoy dealers.
